Passed away peacefully after a long illness, borne with dignity and courage, on February 26, 2016, at the Severn Hospice, Telford.

Beloved Wife of George, much loved Momof Robert and Joanne, dearly loved Nan of Adam, James and Jessica and a cherished Daughter of Hilda and the late Ken Jackson.

Funeral Service, 1.30pm, Thursday, March 10, at St. Patrick's Roman Catholic Church, Wellington, followed by a private Interment in Wellington Cemetery.

Preferably no black to be worn.

Family flowers only by request or if desired donations to the Severn Hospice, Telford would be appreciated.
