Adrian and the Family of the late Diane Rogers wish to thank all Relatives, Friends and Neighbours for the cards and letters of sympathy received at this very sad time.

We would also like to thank everyone who attended the Funeral and for the donations received, which totalled œ900.74, to be shared between Nightingale House and The Shooting Star Centre.

A special thanks to Doctors, Nurses and Staff at Nightingale House, for the wonderful care they gave to Diane, also tothe Chirk District Nurses, Marie Curie Nurses and Macmillan Nurses for their excellent support and care Diane received at home, which was greatly appreciated.
