Passed away peacefully in the presence of her Family at the Severn Hospice, Telford on February 6, aged 45 years.

Beloved Wife of the late Ian Harris, a devoted and loving Mother to Cariann, Lauren and Luke, cherished Nanny of Bethany, a much loved Sister to Mark and Lisa.

A very special person to many, she will be sadly missed by all her Family and Friends.

A Service of Thanksgiving for Rachel's life will take place at 11am, on Thursday, February 16, at All Saints Parish Church, Wellington, followed by Interment in Wellington Cemetery.

Immediate Family flowers only but donations if desired for the Severn Hospice, Telford would be appreciated.
