Tony and the Family of the late Mrs. Sally Wheeler wish to express their sincere thanks to all Relatives, Friends and Neighbours for the cards, letters, emails and other kind messagesof sympathy, love and prayers received at this very sad and difficult time, for your attendance at the Funeral Service and for your donations to Cancer Research UK.

Special thanks to her Doctors, to the Staff at Bridgnorth Medical Practice and to the Doctors and all Staff at The Princess Royal Hospital N.H.S. Trust at Telford for your care and kindness to Sally throughout her illness.

To the Bearers for completing your duties with such dignity, to all who contributed their memories of Sally to us for inclusion in the Ceremony, to all at The Old Vicarage Hotel at Worfield for your warm hospitality, for the excellent post Funeral reception catering and for looking after everyone so wellafterwards and to Civil Celebrant Mrs. Kate Spohrer, for leading us in a most uplifting Celebration of the life and times of Sally Wheeler.
