Beloved Wife of Anthony, Mother of Sarahjayne, Andrew and Jonathan and Grandmother of Ben.

Funeral Service to be held at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury on Monday, January 4, 2016, at 12.30pm.

Black attire not obligatory.
