Passed away peacefully on June 28, 2015, at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, aged 57 years.

Beloved Son of Pam and the late Neil.

FuneralService to be held at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury on Wednesday, July 15, at 10.15am.

Dress code optional. Liverpool or England shirts welcome.

Family flowers only please.

Donations if desired to be shared between Bradbury Bungalow and Abbots Wood Day Centre, for which purpose a donation box will be provided at Emstrey.
