Passed away peacefully on June 22, 2015, aged 81 years.

Funeral Service will take place at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury on Friday, July 10, at3.15pm.

Family flowers only please.

Donations if desired to Coton Hill House Comfort Fund, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
