Passed away suddenly in Stoke University Hospital on June 21, 2015, aged 53 years.

A devoted Partner to Nift and a much loved Mum to Rachael, Becci, Matty and Hannah, a treasured Nan to Ethan, Emily and Kieran, precious Daughter to Margaret, Sister to Malcy.

Terri will be sadly missed by all her loving Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to take place at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury, on Friday, July 10, 2015, at 2.30pm.Family flowers only please.

Donations if desired to be shared between Shropshire Orthopaedic Hospital, Oswestry and the Critical Care Unit at The Royal Stoke University Hospital, for which purpose a donation box will be provided at Emstrey.
