Formerly of St Georges, Telford, passed away peacefully at The Rylands Nursing Home, Newport, on October 23, 2011, aged 43 years, Mother of Stacey, Kevin and Sasha, Daughter of Brenda and the late John Moss and Sister to Richard.

Funeral Service, 2pm, Friday, November 4, at Telford Crematorium.

Immediate Family flowers only please but if desired donations which will be divided between the Severn Hospice, Telford and The Rylands Nursing Home, Newport would be appreciated.
