Passed away peacefully at home with her Family at her side on January 21, 2015, aged 60 years.
Dearly loved Partner of Mario, loving Mom to Sheena, Anthony (Dingle) and Michael and a dear Nan, Daughter and Sister.
Funeral Service, 10am Saturday, February 7, at Telford Crematorium, to which all are welcome.
Bright clothing preferred.
Family flowers only please but donations to Pancreatic Cancer UK would be appreciated.
