Passed away on October 1, 2011, at Newbridge House Care Home, aged 86 years.
Funeral Service at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel, on Wednesday, October 12, at 2pm.
Everyone welcome afterwards at the New Pear Tree, CannockRoad.
Family flowers only, donations please to Newbridge House Care Home.
Loved and dearly missed by all the Family.
