A Private Family Cremation followed by a Service of Thanksgiving at The Epiphany Church, Peplow, on Monday, July 14, 2014, at 12 noon.

No flowers by request but donations if so desired for the Midlands Air Ambulance for which purpose a collection plate will be provided in Church.
