Beloved and devoted Dad, Grandad, Partner and Friend to many.
Sadly passed away at North Staffordshire Hospital, after a short illness on June 29, 2014, aged 60 years.
Funeral Service to be held at Shrewsbury Crematorium on Friday, July 11, at 4pm.
Family flowers only please but donations if desired to Cancer Research UK.
