Passed away after a long debilitating illness on Sunday, June 29, 2014 aged 69 years.

A much loved Dad to Deb, Jo, Becky and Jamie and Grandad to Dean, Alex, Ryan and Lily.

Funeral Service to take place at Gornal Wood Crematorium on Thursday, July 10, at 12.20pm.
