Passed away peacefully at Compton Hospice on April 17, 2014, aged 69 years.

The Funeral Service will take place at St Mary Magdalene Church, Albrighton, on Tuesday, May 6, 2014, at 2pm, followed by the Committal Service at Telford Crematorium, at 3pm.

Family flowers only .
