Jane, Helen and Family wish to express their sincere and heartfelt thanks to all Relatives, Friends and Neighbours for their kindness, support and loving messages of sympathy, they were a great comfort to us all at thisvery sad time.

Thank you to everyone who attended the Funeral Service, for the beautiful floral tributes and for your kind donations for the Severn Hospice, Telford, which totalled œ350.

Thank you to Reverend Paula Smith for a most warm and comforting Service, also to Simon Tranter and his Staff for the Funeral arrangements undertaken with great dignity, sincerity and sensitivity.

Special thanks are extended to John, Dally, Pat and everyone at Donnington Medical Practice for their kindnessand support.
