SMITH Peacefully, at A.R.I., on Friday, August 5, 2011, John (Jack), aged 89 years. Beloved husband of the late Hilda, much loved dad of David, Michael, Maureen and Alison and a devoted father-in-law, granda and great-granda. Sadly missed by all.
