Died tragically on July 27, 2011, aged 58 years.

Will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service will take place on Friday, August 12, at St Leonard's Church, Bilston, at 2.15pm, followed by Committal at Gornal Wood Crematorium.
