Passed away after an unexpected, short illness at Wythenshawe Hospital, Manchester, on July 11, 2011, aged 66 years.

John, wishes to thank Friends and Neighbours for their support and memoriesduring this sad time and to invite them to say a last farewell to Ann at Telford Crematorium, on Friday, August 5, at 1.45pm.
