Lewis was a partner of Price Brothers.
Dearly lovedHusband of Marjorie, much loved Dad of Angela and Andrew and special Grandad.
Funeral Service to take place at Audlem Methodist Church, on Monday, July 18, 2011, at 2pm.
Family flowers only donations, if desired, to Audlem Methodist Church and Audlem Medical Centre.
