Funeral Service at Telford Crematorium, on Wednesday, July 13, 2011, at 4.15pm.

Family flowers only, donations, if desired, please for Ward 25 at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
