Of Caynton, Stirchley, Telford, passed away peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital, on April 27, 2011, aged 65 years, loving Husband of Margaret and dear Father of Carl.
Funeral Service, 10am, Wednesday, May 11, at TelfordCrematorium.
Family flowers only please but if desired donations which will be divided between The Renal Units at The Princess Royal Hospital and The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital would be appreciated.
