Passed away peacefully with great courage on April 19, 2011, aged 52 years.

Much loved Wife of Dai, dearly loved Mother of Bonnie, loving Daughter of Patricia and a treasured Sister, Sister-in-law and Aunty.

Funeral Service at St. Mary's Parish Church, Selattyn, on Wednesday, May 11, at 2pm, followed by Interment at Hengoed Cemetery.

Family flowers only, donations if desired to The Severn Hospice.
