Peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital on April 14, 2011, after a long illness.
Beloved Husband of Jean.
Will be sadly missed by his many Friends.
Funeral Service, 3pm, Wednesday, May 4, at Telford Crematorium.
No black to be worn.
No flowers by request but donations if so desired to The Midlands Air Ambulance.
