The Family wish to thank everyone most sincerely for all the kindness and sympathy extended to them in their sad bereavement.
Also for the many letters, cards and generous donations received, floral tributes and attendance at theFuneral.
Special thanks to all Doctors and Staff on ITU at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital and everyone at The Kingswell Centre, Oswestry for their help and kindness.
