Passed away peacefully at home on January 4, 2011, aged 73 years.
Beloved Wife of John, dearest Mum of Lynne, Loraine and John, an adored Nan of Lee, Gemma, Alice, Joshua and Jake.
Funeral Service at Emstrey Crematorium on Tuesday, January 18, at 2.40pm.
No flowers by request but donations if desired to The Make a Wish Foundation or SC Immediate Care Team.
