Passed away peacefully at St Michael's Hospice, on December 16, 2010. Loving Husband of Jackie and much loved Father of Liam and Adam.
The Funeral will take place at St Mary's Church, Gladestry, on Friday, December 24, at 1pm.
Family flowers only, donations, if desired, will be given to St Michael's Hospice.
