Passed away at The Princess Royal Hospital on December 12, 2010, aged 76 years.
Dearly loved and will be sadly missed by all her Family and Friends.
Funeral Service at Trinity Methodist Church, Shifnal on Thursday, December 23, at 11.30am, followed by Committal at Telford Crematorium, at 12.30pm.
Family flowers only please but donations to The British Heart Foundation would be appreciated.
