Passed away peacefully at home on November 27, 2010, aged 62 years.

Funeral Service, St, Mary's, Blymhill on December 10, 2010, at 2pm, followed by Cremation at Telford Crematorium and then The Red Lion, Great Chatwell.

Familyflowers only, donations will be taken in Church or with the Funeral Directors, to be divided between The District Nurses and Compton Hospice.
