Passed away on Friday, November 12, aged 74 years.

Funeral Service 2.45pm, on Wednesday, November 24 at St John's Church, Brockmoor, followed by Committal at Gornal Wood Crematorium.

Family flowers only, donations if desired accepted for The Stroke Unit at Russells Hall Hospital.
