Died peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital, Telford, on Friday, November 12, 2010.
A beloved Partner to Tony, Mother to Paul, Matthew, Michael,Robert and Grandmother to Bailey.
The Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium, on Monday, November 22, at 10am.
No black.
Family flowers only by request, donations can be made to The Macmillan Cancer Support, for which purpose a collecting box will be provided at the Crematorium.
