The treasured Son of Hazel and Tim and a much loved Brother to Rebecca, Andrew and Peter.

Service at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury, on Thursday, November 18, 2010, at 12.00 noon.

No flowers by request, donations if wished to The Douglas Macmillan Hospice, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
