Beloved Husband of Kath and dearly loved Father of Julie.

Funeral Service at Telford Crematorium, on Thursday November 11, 2010, at 11.15 am.

No flowers by request, donations if desired please for The Haematology Units, at The Princess Royal Hospital and The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the crematorium.
