Of Hollinswood, Telford, passed away peacefully at The Severn Hospice, Telford, on October 28, 2010, aged 52 years.
Much loved Mum of Valerie, Rob and Zoe, adored Nan of Rachel and close Friend of Alison.
Funeral Service, 3pm, on Thursday, November 11, at Telford Crematorium.
No flowers by request but if desired donations for The Severn Hospice, Telford, would be appreciated.
