Passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, October 6, 2010.

Funeral Service will take place at St. Bartholomew's Church, Wednesbury on Friday, October 15, 2010 at 1.45pm, followed by Cremation at Newton Road Crematorium, West Bromwich at 2.30pm.

No flowers by request but donations for Cancer Research UK are welcomed c/o

Husband, Dad and Grandad

We sat beside your bedside, our hearts were crushed and sore, we tended you with loving care until we could do no more. In tears we watched you sinking and slowly fade away, although our hearts were breaking, we knew you could not stay.

Take him in Your arms dear Lord and give him special care,make up for all he suffered and all that seemed unfair.
