Sadly passed away on September 29, 2010, aged 49 years.

Funeral Service to take place at St John's Church, Tipton, at 1pm, on Monday, October 18, followed by Cremation at Gornal Wood Crematorium at 2.10pm.

All welcome afterwards at The Ex Servicemen's Club, Hall Street, Dudley.
