Derek Keith
Of Edgmond, passed away peacefully at his home, on October 5, 2010, aged 78 years. Much loved Husband of Jan, loving Dad to Jos and Nikki, Gangan to Katy and Sam, Father-in-law to Stuart and Richard. Sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.
Funeral Service, 12.30pm, Wednesday, October 13, at Telford Crematorium.
Donations, if desired, for Wellington Road Surgery Equipment Fund, would be appreciated.
