Of Oldswinford, passed away suddenly on September 8, 2010, aged 55 years.
Beloved Husband of Anne, dearest Dad of Christopher, Peter and Hayley and Brother of John.
He will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.
Funeral Service will take place at Stourbridge Crematorium Chapel on Thursday, September 23 at 4.10pm.
Family flowers only please, donations if desired for Mary Stevens Hospice will be accepted by:
