Of Anstice Road, Madeley, passed away at The Princess Royal Hospital, on August 3, 2010, aged 60 years, beloved Husband, Father, Grand father and Brother.

Funeral Service to be held at St Michael's Church, Madeley, Monday, August16, at 11am, followed by Interment in Castle Green Cemetery.
