Passed away peacefully on July 28, 2010, aged 51 years.
Funeral Service to be held on Tuesday, August 10, 2010, commencing from the home address at 10.30am and on to St. Peter's Church, Whitehall Road, Great Bridge, Tipton for11am, followed by Cremation at 12.15pm at West Bromwich Crematorium.
Everyone welcome to join us at Greets Green Social Club, Whitehall Road, afterwards.
