Formerly of Jubilee Avenue, Donnington, Telford. Passed away peacefully at Ottley House Care Home, on July 29, 2010, aged 66 years. Beloved Wife of Mick, dearly loved Mother of Craig, Tracey and Yvonne and much loved Nan of Alex, Jess and Luke.

Funeral Service at Telford Crematorium, on Thursday, August 5, 2010, at 10am.

Family flowers only, donations, if desired please, for The Rowans at Shelton Hospital, for which purpose a collection box will be provided atthe Crematorium.
