The Family of the late Phyllis, of Borth, Ceredigion and Bayston Hill, Shropshire, wish to express their sincere thanks to all Relatives, Friends and Neighbours for their kindness, cards and messages of sympathy followingtheir sad loss.

Special thanks to Dr Hosker, Dr Hood and all Staff of Borth Surgery, also to the Staff of Hafan Y Waun Nursing Home, for their diligence, care and kindness shown throughout.
