Sadly passed away on July 11, aged 55 years.

Funeral Service is to be held at Gornal Wood Crematorium on Thursday, July 22 at 1.30pm.

Ann would like to ask all Family and Friends to meet at Gornal Crematorium. Len's immediate Family will be leaving from his home.

I watched you suffer, I saw you die but all I could do was sit close by. You went away, we had to part, God eased your pain but broke my heart.
