Janice and Family wish to thank Relatives, Friends and Neighbours for their support at this sad time.
For the many cards and attendance at the Funeral Service and the donations which will be divided between Holy Trinity Church, Dawley and the Air Ambulance.
Special thanks to Yvonne, Marilyn Peters for a lovely Service and C J Williams for all their help and guidance.
