Of Campion Drive, Donnington Wood. Passed away peacefully at The Severn Hospice, Telford on July 8, 2010 aged 75 years.
Beloved Husband of May, devoted Father to Steven, Mark and Dawn and a much loved Father-in-law and Grandad.
Funeral Service at Telford Crematorium on Monday, July 19, 2010 at 3pm.
Family flowers only, donations if desired please for The Severn Hospice, Telford for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
