The Nieces, Nephews and Family of the late Mrs Kath Plant wish to express their sincere thanks to all Relatives, Friends and Neighbours for the cards, letters and other messages of sympathy, love and support received at this very sad time, for your attendance at the Funeral Service and for your donations to The League of Friends of Bridgnorth Hospital.

Special thanks to her Doctor, to the Staff at Bridgnorth Medical Practice and to all Staff at Bridgnorth Hospital for the care and kindness given to Aunty Kath throughout her illness, to Rae Weaver for being such a special Friend to Aunty Kath, to the Bearers for completing their duties with such dignity and to the RevdTim O'Brien and Organist Mr Oliver Clarke for leading us in a most uplifting Celebration of her life.
