Of Chapel Street, Pontesbury, passed away suddenly at home, on July 3, 2010, aged 62 years.

A devoted Husband to Sheila and a much loved Dad to Georgina and Andrew, Father-in-law to Shaun, a loving only Son to Nan.

Tom will be sadly missed by all his loving Family and many Friends.

Funeral Service to take place at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury, on Monday, July 19, 2010, at 11.20am.

Family flowers only please but donations if desired to The First Response Unit for which purpose a donation box will be provided at Emstrey.
