Funeral Service, 11am, at East Chapel, Bushbury Crematorium, on Tuesday, July 6.

To hear your voice, to see you smile, to sit and talk to you awhile, to be together in the same old way would be my dearest wish today. Words will never explain the heartbreak I feel.

Your greatest wish was to see your loving Husband again, my dear Dad, now you are together again, hold each other tight and never let go.

God bless till we meet again.

I was there when you laughed, I was there when you smiled, these I have cherished right from a child but in later years of ill health that never seemed to heal, you always cared for others first, how proud that makes me feel. There were times you amazed me at how you got through, it was your strength, your character, you were honest, you were true but within all my simple ways I tried easing the burden of these days, not always right, that's true but always with love and admiration just for you.

I know your wish was always to be with our Dad, your wish has finally come true, as I used to say Mom, see you later.

My Nan, my Friend, I can't imagine my life without you but I will treasure the memories, as I have so many that no one can take away.

You were my Nan and I say it with pride and it broke my heart the day you died, you fought so hard but became so weak and now you're at rest, fast asleep.

Love you forever, miss you so much, thanks for everything.
