Of St Georges and Ketley Bank, died suddenly and tragically, June 5, 2010, aged 38 years. Beloved Partner of Kelly, much loved Daddy of McKenzie and Macy, loved Son of Philip and Edith, a dearly loved and missed Brother of Andrea andthe late James and dear a Grandson, Nephew and Cousin and a very much loved Uncle of Daniel, Laura, Megan, Abi, Timmy, Lily, Tyler and Bailey.

We will remember you with love.

Funeral Service, 10am, Friday, July 2, at St Mary and St Leonard's Church, Wombridge, followed by Interment in Wombridge Cemetery.

Family flowers only by request, but donations for Hope House Children's Respite Hospice would be appreciated.
