The beloved Husband of Rita and Father to Susan, Helen and Janet.
Service at Shrewsbury Crematorium on Monday, June 14, at 2.40 pm.
No flowers by request. Donations if wished to St. Gemma's Hospice, Leeds for which purpose a collection plate will be made available at the Crematorium.
